What is Selfdimension?

Selfdimension is a browser-based software for systemic constellation work in online sessions. Together with your clients you work on a digital 3D board where figures can be placed, repositioned and relationships made visible. Your clients can move their own figures while you accompany the process professionally, observe and securely document the session history.

Everything runs directly in the browser. No installation, no app, no complicated tech. So even online a protected space emerges, in which focus stays on perception, process and relationship.

What is systemic constellation work?

Systemic constellation work is a therapeutic and consulting method. Relationships, conflicts or inner parts are made spatially visible using representatives or symbols. Figures are placed on a board or in a room. This reveals hidden dynamics within families, teams or a person’s inner system and initiates change.

Can constellation work be done online?

Yes. With Selfdimension therapists and coaches conduct constellations over the internet. Clients see the board live via a link. App installation is not needed. A login is not needed either. The experience is very close to working at a physical board.

What software do I need?

You don’t need any special software installation. Selfdimension runs directly in the browser on Mac, Windows, iPad and smartphone. All you need is an account and an internet connection.

Is Selfdimension GDPR compliant?

Yes. Selfdimension runs on European servers at Hetzner in Germany. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We work without tracking cookies and without third-party analytics. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

How does the free trial work?
